Magic Markets is the data controller for the purposes of this policy and applicable data protection laws and regulations.  Magic Markets is registered in Costa Rica, with its registered office at San Pedro, Barrio Dent, Del Centro Cultural Costarricense Norteam Ericano, Doscientos Metros.

10.3 The Operator may monitor and analyze blockchain transactions to detect suspicious activity or irregular betting patterns.

10.4 Users acknowledge and accept that data retention, monitoring, and automated processing are necessary for regulatory compliance, platform security, and operational integrity.

10.4 The Operator’s liability for data-related claims is limited to direct damages and excludes indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. Personal data of minors is not knowingly collected.

12. Marketing

We may contact you in relation to promotions, products or services that you may be interested in from time to time. You can opt-out at any time by emailing us at support@magicmarkets.com.
